Warranty Disclaimer
WOSTORE warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship. Under normal use and service, every hardware portion of the products will be free from physical defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period, or the product will be repaired or replaced as determined solely by WOSTORE. WOSTORE provides a limited warranty for its products only to the person or entity that originally purchased the product from WOSTORE or its authorized distributor or retailer. WOSTORE's products are diskless devices, and WOSTORE makes no warranty of the hard disk installed, or warranty on compatibility of all hard disks and peripheral devices. WOSTORE will not be liable in any way for the loss of data stored on WOSTORE products and any damage caused by this.
WOSTORE products carry one year limited warranty in most countries. Extended warranty may be offered due to extra payment in some countries.
If a product does not operate as warranted above during the applicable warranty period, WOSTORE shall, at its option and expense (except for shipping cost), repair the defective product or part, deliver to the customer an equivalent product or part to replace the defective item. All products that are replaced will become the property of WOSTORE. Replacement products may be new or reconditioned.

Warranty does not apply, if :
the warranty period is expired,
the warranty label is broken or removed,
The serial number label is missing or unrecognizable,
the product has been modified or repaired by any unauthorized service center or personnel,
the defect was subject to abuse, improper use not conforming to product manual instructions, or environment conditions more severe than those specified in the manual and specification.
the defect was subject to Force Majeure, such as acts of God, flood, lighting, earthquake, war, vandalism, theft, brownouts or sags (damage due to low voltage disturbances)



Limitation of Liability
WOStore shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if WOStore has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.


Typographical Errors
In the event that a WOStore product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, WOStore reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. WOStore reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, WOStore shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
